Quotes & Proposals: All quotes and proposals provided by Webistiq are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information provided by the Client. Any changes to the project requirements may result in a revised quote.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to the final delivery of the website or files. We reserve the right to withhold the delivery of the completed project until full payment has been received.
Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date will result in work cessation. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.
Unless otherwise stated, Webistiq owns the intellectual property rights for the unique design and code of the websites we create. Upon final payment, we grant the Client a license to use the website for their business purposes.
The Client retains ownership of all content they provide for the project, including text, images, and logos. The Client guarantees that they have the legal rights to use all elements of content provided to us.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary content (text, images, branding materials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may result in project delays. Webistiq is not responsible for delays caused by the Client's failure to provide materials.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including proprietary business information and project details, private and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Webistiq will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with the services provided. Our total liability in respect of any and all claims of any kind shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services.
We make no guarantee that the website will be free from errors or that its operation will be uninterrupted. We will make every effort to ensure the website is tested and functional before delivery.
Website maintenance and support services are not included in the initial project cost unless specified in a separate agreement. We can provide a separate quote for ongoing maintenance services.
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. If the Client terminates the project, the initial deposit is non-refundable, and the Client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of termination.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the site and our services following the posting of changes will mean you accept those changes.
